    Great presentation, easy to follow yoga DVD

    I love Barbara Currie's yoga DVDS. I first discovered Barbara's videos over 15 years ago. I have 4 DVD's which I use in rotation by doing each one for a week and then moving onto the next - that way it never becomes boring. I have tried yoga classes & other yoga DVDS but nothing beats the presentation of Barbara's DVDs or the presentation of the postures & workouts included in the DVD. I particularly love the way that each of the DVDs are broken down into different segments so that if you don't have time to do the whole DVD (each one is about 75-80 minutes long) then you can just choose to do some of the segments at a time. This DVD I particularly love as each segment is 10 minutes long & the postures grouped together to target specific areas of the body (ie tums, legs & bum, arms & chest ...

    great, bite-sized routines

    I love Barbara Currie's yoga routines - they are easy to follow and she is so engaging and encouraging. The routines in this dvd are in 10 minute sections, and cover all abilities. There are different routines for specific parts of the body, as well as more general stretches, etc. I highly recommend this dvd, for beginners and more experienced 'yogis' alike. Particularly at times of the day when you only have 10 or 20 minutes to spare!

    7 secrets of yoga

    I wanted to try yoga as I have arthritis in my back. The 10 minute segments are well explained and easy to follow. After doing 20 minutes every other day my spine is more flexible. This DVD is great for beginners
