Ours arrived promptly, excellently packaged, well printed on good paper, exactly as described. We also received a wallet in which to keep it. Always a good idea to read through Manufacturer's Handbook (especially for insomniacs) as opposed to learning by trial & error whilst driving. The handbook arrived quickly, as promised.
