    The seller sent a locked phone. This iPhone is locked with Apple and this usually indicates the phone was lost or stolen. The phone is marked as "used" on the eBay listing, so it is expected that the item will be useable. It is not marked "for parts". I contacted the seller multiple times and the only reply I got was "It for parts" (SIC) when it was not. An attempt of avoid responsibility.
