    Falsely advertised item, a cuddly chewbacca soft toy as 12 inches. When it arrived it measured 12 centimetres/5 to 6 inches. I took photos of it with a measuring tape and contacted seller the to ask/query if she sent the wrong item and whether/when she would be sending me the correct one. And I didn’t want what she sent/would be returning. She ignored my email/still not replied. The cost was £12 over priced. I have bought another for £6 for my dog toy including postage/packaging.

    my very first ever negative feedback for 14 years!! I made an error and put " instead of cm but had the teddy well photo'd with the ruler beside it to see the correct size. I always accept returns to which you didn't try to return it if you were unhappy. Can't please everyone :(
