      Complete waste of my time…….Item never arrived (not sure it was ever posted) and after all the inconvenience of emailing etc. had to involve eBay in order to action a refund. However, I noticed they continued to sell the product, but now, at twice the original price…….Seems a little suspicious to me……

      We want to assure you that we have done our best to resolve this matter and delivery lost in transit is not in our hands. Please understand that the packaging change was made by the Paul Mitchell Company across their entire product range, and was not within our control. Additionally, the stock we received came at a significantly higher market price due to updated inventory costs, which is why we were unable to offer it at the older price point.
