Photos were provided showing damage. I tried to resolve with TrailOfsmoke but was told it was my fault and not insured. Proper packing of the poster would have solved the issue. It’s simply sloppy. TrailOfsmoke refused to take a return or reimburse. I buy on behalf of museums and was sad to see a seller that does not back up a purchase. You'd also run the risk of having to endure endless blathering about being a "museum buyer" while having them attempt to extort money in exchange for "removing their review". I'm no art dealer but have sold enough of these prints to know how to make sure they arrive safely.
