    Works, great appearance and condition. I have loads of pipistrel bats so looking forward to using this. All tests on it work fine and it seems to work as well as mainstream bat detectors I have used before. For £20 you get the opportunity to understand how it fits together, and pay 10% or less of the alternative options. I will update if possible when more data. Meanwhile this Mad Mad Factory is a blast.

    Arrived very quickly and well packed. You put this together yourself cand it's case is the cardboard box it comes in, but it works fine, just used it at dusk and heard and saw two bats. Just one thing, the black lead for the microphone doesn't go to the pin on the microphone with the black dot at its base, it goes to the other pin. The instruction for this is very confusing and a guy on YouTube actually does it wrong. It still works when connected incorrectly, but isn't as sensitive. It's great!

    Great little device if you’re just curious about the bats around you. Speaker isn’t very loud and you’ve got to be fairly close to pick up the bats. But for under £30 to get you interested it’s a fair price.

    Good starter but needs refining

    Would not work when switched on. Then I blew it up by accidently touching the battery the wrong way. It is a very simple addition to use a diode to prevent this so very disappointed.
