In MS66 it becomes a little challenging to find but you can still easily buy them at a small premium, if you can&#39;t find one in this condition. In MS67 condition it is scarce, yet, there are still hundreds of examples out there that one can be purchased with minimal effort. There are no examples known in MS68 condition or higher. &nbsp; &nbsp;</p>
