The issue was that the extra postage fee for the fishing rod package was paid initially through PayPal and not eBay, and so when I clicked eBay refund button, the additional fee did not auto-refund. My error was not reading the feedback fully then & not remembering to refund the final £10, which was rectified a couple of weeks ago.
