The title doesn't have anything to do with anyghing.
The first 3/4th of the book is true to life. It is ex-actually how people would act at a time like this. Unfortunately it is boring! It is not the kind of thing that makes a great SiFi novel. There is no real connection between the pieces and parts. About 3/4th of the way into the book when they had to fight a 'Dragon' did it get interesting.
