If you treat them as a lottery ticket and mine in a solo poolthey are good value as an introduction to bitcoin. The appearance is that of a USB thumb drice from a few years ago. I fond they reported just over 60c when running which is on the high side, the use of a USB powered fan (£5) brings this down to a reasonable 50c.

Contacted eBay Buyer Protection team who rang back within one minute. They were very helpful and then refunded me the purchase price. The buck stops with the seller when things go wrong, and it's up to them to sort the problem with the shipping company.
