Packaging was excellent, well labelled as Fragile and arrived undamaged. If I ever need to use this company again I will have no hesitation in doing so.

The product arrived and was clearly a shop second. No packaging, very dirty and grubby and fibre washers missing. The seller offered a £5 refund, so I returned the item. I then purchased the same item from a different supplier only to find out that it was the same supplier as the previous item, but trading under a different eBay name. This is not an honest seller.
