    HG mould spray with blu label has been sent which vary from red one provided in description. Seller provided explanation that labelling was changed, and spray is remaining identical chemically and all is accordingly to manufacturer s standards. And I ve accepted that. Delivery was made to neighbour s address, and notification about it was delivered by neighbour. The seller chased my initial feedback and paid attention to all points raised. Therefore, communication rate is a lot higher.

    You did not raise the issues mentioned in your feedback, which prevented me from resolving them. As the you've noted, you've received the product, despite a label change during manufacturing, which was beyond my control which has since been edited on my listing. The delivery driver attempted delivery, but since the you was unavailable, the item was left with a neighbour. Given the product was received and no issues were raised at the time, I believe the negative feedback is unjust.

    Excellent

    My dogs are thriving on this. Smells lovely unlike other brands that smell awful! So many natural ingredients. It is quite expensive but you get what you pay for, well worth it to see my dogs happy and healthy.

    Great ingredients

    Didn't know what to expect. Have to encourage dogs to eat it. I have 3 smallish dogs. The kibble is very flat and i think they find it hard to pick up--plus larger than they have had. They were eating Royal Canin. It sounds good by the ingredients, more expensive of course. But only bought small packs to try. So shall continue and may try a different flavour, not sure if there is a different biscuit size or shape. I do mix with with occasional cheese, frozen peas, or sardines ! But very small amounts. Will keep trying as sounds quite yummy !
