I did advise that the item could be collected on Monday during Parcelforce's collection hours (NOT ON A WEEKEND) however you printed a returns label via ebay and didn't wait. You were refunded as soon as the item was handed over to parcelforce. A 45 minute drive could have been avoided if you had waited until the Monday. A full apology was offered as soon as it was raised.
