Staff were not helpful at all when I collected, really don't know how to talk to customers. Turns out it's also missing essential parts so I can't even use it. Can't even get hold of the man in the shop responsible for selling it to me as conveniently he's never available. You rang the office and spoke to one of my colleagues about a delivery which we did look into to help you but we were unable to do so and messaged you back the very same day reaffirming that the post was listed as collection only.Follow-up from: e***w- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.That's just not true though, is it. You told me shipping was included then went back on that promise. You're charging an absolute fortune for professional building equipment that is defective, then leaving customers in the dirt by not putting anything right. I've nearly lost the biggest job of my career because your tile machine was defective. Giuseppe Maffei, the boss of the manufacturer has been in contact with me several times to say how gutted he is you're ruining their brands reputation!
