Long story short, after packaging up the damage Mac (UGH) and lugging it to UPS, I finally received the replacement! It was a great day because this Mac was just as advertised. After a few ups and downs, Stock4less did a great job.

One of my reasons for purchasing this laptop was for the color. The packing was not the best. The laptop was placed in open packing, at a risk for damage. The laptop will not turn on. It turned on once and hasn’t since. I want a refund.
