    Buyer was very friendly with great communication but - when I received my package the box inside the box was moving around & my fragile items were very poorly packaged resulting in 4 out of 6 broken plates. The buyer gave refund without any hesitation, but of course I would’ve much rather had the plates in one piece. She explained due to her prices she’s unable to buy the proper packaging material (even though I paid $18.18 for one single plate) so just be cautious when buying fragile items!

    I'm sorry the shipment didn't arrive intact. I am new to this. I believe I shipped 8 plates from 3 different orders. I reduced shipping at your request, and then refunded it all (for 8 plates, not one). I double boxed them & separated the boxes with air pillows. I did not expect them to pop, and that is likely the only reason they all didn't make it intact. I'm trying to pack things even better, but when 5 plates auction for $6 before fees, I can't spend more than that on packaging.
