When it arrived, the terminal connections are burnt/melted, which indicates that the product has not only been previously used, but it also presents a significant 🔥 hazard. The seller obviously re-packaged it, and is now attempting to claim that it was due to my negligence during installation. This seller is highly unprofessional, and should be avoided at all costs.
