    This is a wild one. Seller was great. Made me a deal. Combined shipping. 10/10 The USPS had a rough go if it however. It took from 4/25 until 6/21 to go about 800 miles. The package looked pretty rough when it got here but the product was in perfect condition. Also 10/10 for the product. It was a very long wait but all’s well that ends well I suppose.

    Does what it claims!

    I've used several types of water/dust/drop proof cases and keep coming back to Otterbox. My iphone 5s has been in a Preserver case since day one and after many drops and spills still looks and performs like new. I have replaced my case one time; but only after several years of use - including many falls onto concrete - did it acquire a hairline crack on one corner. The case still looked almost new and was protecting well but I decided better safe than sorry! Once concern I had with the Glacier (white) case is dirt showing, but I have discovered that it keeps pretty clean. I work in a blacksmith shop, so over time I do get some dirt build up inside the seams where the case snaps together, but a quick wipe down removes them and none of the dust has ever migrated inside the case.

    Excellent protection however phone call clarity is poor

    First of all, this case is durable. It adds minimal bulk for such a sturdy case. I have no doubts as to the waterproof qualities however I did not test this. However the phone quality is poor. There is a very annoying buzzing sound that comes with every phone call. As such, I will keep this case and use in outdoor pursuits, but for everyday use, I will need something else. Also wanted to add that the touch feature works only occasionally. This isn't a big deal, but for those who use it exclusively, I'd think twice.

    Nothing that hasn't been said before

    Otterbox is renowned for its "life proof" cases, but in this case, and several others the screen protector sheet prevents accurate usage of the touch screen and fingerprint sensor. Like many others, I cut mine out. With the gorilla glass Apple uses it *should* be ok. Anything shy of dropping something directly on the screen should be fine, and probably the screen protector would not have been sufficient in stopping any breakage. It serves the purpose otherwise, just a little off-putting that I have to modify the product to actually work.

    must have protection

    great price for the brand name I like it and for the money im not worried about the blemish on screen cover i am prolly used to that but its on phone and great the ringer button wont change and the finger print is tough but im sure the phone is protected its nice thanks

    Great looking, durable, but ...

    This case is everything one would expect with Otterbox quality, however both my wife (Galaxy 4) and daughter (iPhone 5) had issues with people hearing conversations (both ways muffled) and with reverberation caused most likely by water proof membranes over speaker/microphone areas. My daughter also had issues with hitting the "iPhone home button" My wife and daughter both now use the non waterproof Otterbox Defender, sacrificing the waterproof aspects neither of them have had the issues as described above. My daughter previously had the life proof water proof case, which didn't have the issues above, however is not as durable and would peel after 6 months or so.
