      The only criticism of this order is that the packaging was clearly not up to the rigor of the jouney through the mail, and only survived thanks to Royal Mail adding a rubber band to prevent the contents from falling apart in transit. I have awarded 5 stars rather than the 4 stars it probably deserves, in the expectation of an improvement in packaging in future.

      Feels Good

      The inks arrived promptly and well packed. The box containing the inks was still in the manufacturer's welded, transparent, plastic case, so I am confident that I have received the genuine article. I have not fitted them into the printer yet, but I am sure that there will be no problem. I will confidently use this seller again.

      Extremely disapointed with this product

      I am extremely disappointed with this product. I installed the ink in my HP Office Jet Pro K8600 series printer according to the manufacturers instructions. The colours are not at all vibrant most prints come out grey or black. When I print an ink level report the printout does not display the Cyan, Magenta and Yellow as they should be. In fact, the yellow in particular is printed as dark grey or black. For the amount of money I spent on purchasing this set of inks its, not worth it!

      Genuine HP printer ink cartridges

      Have been a bit of a cheap skate in recent years and really wasted money on refills. So when the printer got to the stage that I couldn't read the words I thought go back to genuine cartridges. Printer now printing perfectly. Are they over priced YES (apparently it only costs 25pence to make a cartridge) and £55 to buy four, something of a mark up.

      Part-used but still better than any non-original refill

      These were part used cartridges (exactly as described) - I was very happy to buy at this virtually token cost as it allowed me to use an old printer again. Unfortunately the colour repro was not as good as I had hoped - perhaps because of the time they had been opened but I fully appreciate that this could just as easily be as a result of my printer's performance as it is of these cartridges. HP should be ashamed of the ridiculous price they put on new cartridges - totally uneconomic, a new set of cartridges is more than the value of the printer.

      Happy so Far

      The dates are expired but the Seller is up front about this (even though I missed it in my haste to buy). What surprised me was the length of expiry (8 years). They print absolutely fine now after one week; I am not sure what they will do in a couple months time and because of this I cannot recommend or comment on the quality. If I buy again I will give a 100% in all categories.
