All complete, no assembly to be done. These were brand new bikes and good value. They looked good too! One of the throttles didn't work, got in touch and they knew exactly what was wrong. Sent out a new part with instructions. It is now working again. Fabulous people to deal with, nothing a problem and quick to rectify.
