    The shifters appear to be in great condition. They were not in factory packaging but that's just fine with me. They arrived heavily wrapped in bubble wrap to the point there was no chance of damage occurring. The also came with shift cables already installed. These are a great value as new shifters are twice the price on Amazon. Shipping was also quick. I got them in just a couple of days. I would highly recommend this seller.

After raising the issue with the seller, they were very reasonable and refunded the difference and more in value.
