Please Read Before Purchasing
By placing an order through our eBay store (user ID: fitheowner), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These may be updated from time to time, and continued use of our store confirms your acceptance of any changes.

Placing an Order
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation—this is not an acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only upon dispatch.
We reserve the right to cancel any order, in full or in part, prior to dispatch. Pricing errors are not binding.
Important: Do not schedule installation until you’ve received and inspected all items. We are not liable for installer costs due to delivery delays.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, call us promptly on 01268 438171 during business hours. Due to high volumes and swift dispatch, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests sent via eBay messages will be actioned in time.
If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to accept delivery and return the item yourself. Refused deliveries may incur a charge.
Shipping & Handling
All prices shown include VAT and standard UK mainland delivery, unless stated otherwise.
You become responsible for the goods upon delivery. If someone is signing for delivery on your behalf, please ensure they check for damage or shortages—these must be noted on the delivery paperwork.
Missed deliveries may result in a calling card. If not rearranged, and the goods are returned to us, we may charge for redelivery.
Deliveries are made by a single driver. For heavy or bulky items, please ensure one or more able-bodied persons are available to assist.
Drivers are not insured to enter your property.
Free Delivery
Free delivery applies to UK mainland only. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. We aim to deliver within 7–10 working days, but delays can occur.
The estimated delivery date is a guideline, not a guarantee. We are not responsible for costs incurred due to delayed delivery.
Do not refuse delivery—refused deliveries may incur a £10 administration fee.
Offshore Postcodes – Exclusions
We do not deliver fragile items (e.g. glass or ceramic) to the following postcodes:
Scottish Islands: HS1–9, IV40–51, IV55–56, KA27–28, KW15–17, PA20, PA34, PA41–48, PA60–78, PH42–44, ZE1–3
Northern Ireland: All BT postcodes
Channel Islands: JE (Jersey), GY (Guernsey & Alderney)
Isle of Man: All IM postcodes
Scilly Isles: TR21–TR25
Returns
You may return unwanted items within 30 days of purchase. You must notify us within 15 days, and return the item within a further 15 days.
To initiate a return, contact us at help@fnxbathrooms.com or on 01268 438171 to obtain a return authorisation.
Returns must be in original condition and packaging, with all fittings included. We reserve the right to reject items returned in unsellable condition.
Outbound delivery charges will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are typically processed within 5 working days, but may take up to 14 days to appear, depending on your bank.
Non-returnable items: bespoke or ex-display products.
It is your responsibility to ensure returned goods are insured and reach us in perfect resale condition. Do not write on or mark the boxes—this renders them non-resalable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, notify us within 30 days of receipt. We will send a returns form—please specify the item you want instead. Any price differences or postage fees will be discussed prior to dispatch.
Damaged Goods on Delivery
Inspect items on arrival. If anything appears damaged, note this on the delivery paperwork and sign as damaged . Claims without this note may be rejected.
Email a photo of the damage to damages@fnxbathrooms.com and we will arrange a replacement promptly.
Missing Items or Picking Errors
Notify us of any shortages within 7 days of delivery by emailing help@fnxbathrooms.com.
Faulty Items After Installation
If you believe an item is faulty, contact us via eBay or at help@fnxbathrooms.com. We may request a short video or photos to assess the issue.
Where possible, we will send a replacement part. If needed, we may request the item back for inspection and repair at no cost to you.
If we’re unable to resolve the issue remotely, we may issue a replacement. No replacements will be issued without proof of the fault.
Returns must be accompanied by a completed form, including a description of the fault.
Guarantees
All products include a warranty as specified in their listing. Keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
If your item is covered and the design has since changed, we will provide the updated version or a suitable alternative.
Faults caused by misuse, modification, or external damage will void the warranty. In such cases, no refund or replacement will be issued.
International customers: we can send replacement parts, but postage costs must be covered by the buyer.
eBay Policies
Your purchase is also subject to eBay s User Agreement and policies. We operate in full compliance and expect our customers to do the same.
