      The product was exactly as pictured. The item works perfectly. Shipping left a lot to be desired as packaging consisted of a sheet of tissue paper, an empty Amazon envelope, and one crumpled sheet of newspaper. I guess I shouldn’t be critical as it does work but that is a miracle in itself!
