When collecting it, I discovered that one wheel is missing, and the rubber vacuum blades are worn out. I only realised the problem with the blades when the machine leaked water all over a client’s floor, which is unacceptable. I own another machine of the same model that has been used for years without ever needing these parts replaced, which makes it clear.
