There were no pictures of the disc itself, but it was heavily scratched. Even though the item was listed as "no returns", I sent a picture of the disc explaining it would not load at all. Xbox wouldnt even recognze the disc. MOST IMPORTANTLY. The seller responded right away and withouht doubt, offered the refund anyway, apologized, and said no return back necessary.
