Virtual drivers hit the back streets to "Test Drive" some tricked out hot rods, in this underground-themed addition to the long-running racing series. Players take part in less-than-friendly races in which the courage to keep cool while being bumped about by a nearby competitor can be at least as important as the skill of the driver or the speed of the car. (Of course, a willingness to bump back can help, too.) The game offers more than 30 customizable vehicles in all, allowing players to take part in more than two dozen different demolition derbies and street race events.

    Love this game, but doesn’t work on all PS3 consoles.

    This is a great game. I used to play it years ago before my kids were born. My 12 year old loves gaming, so I thought I’d take him on a trip down memory lane with me and this game. I bought a used PS3 (gen 3), since my original (gen 1) console died years ago, The bummer of it though is that my “new” console is not backwards compatible with PS2 games like my original PS3. So, I can’t play this awesome game with my son. I guess I should’ve done my homework on backwards compatibility before buying this game. I’ll just have to look around for a used PS2.

    Game was very bad damaged

    The game had a lot of scratches on it. When i go to race it freezes if i go to campaign it freezes the game wasn't worth what i payed this idem isn't in good shape its in bad shape.....

    A MUST BUY

    Honestly, I played this game when I was a kid, and I just rebought it to relive memories. I firmly believe this is one of the funnest games made for the PS2 and the Multiplayer is very fun. A lot of thought went into this masterpiece.
