I found this transaction to be negative and the vendor untrustworthy. The only reason I have a set. Full set. Is because I had 60x Faber Castell polys here at home. I completed this set with my pencils. I'll never use this vendor again. You could've replaced only the ones that were missing. But this takes effort. Not as described and not a good value. We have sold for 20 years and have had no reason to do this and offer a fair return policy for everyone.
