    Item was described as tested and working. It was a video game disc. There were no pictures of the disc itself, but it was heavily scratched. Even though the item was listed as "no returns", I sent a picture of the disc explaining it would not load at all. Xbox wouldnt even recognze the disc. MOST IMPORTANTLY. The seller responded right away and withouht doubt, offered the refund anyway, apologized, and said no return back necessary. OUTSTANDING seller, every seller should take notes!!!

    Enjoyed but...

    Thoroughly enjoyed the series..But the closed captions were not available on the main menu. Back of box has listed the closed caption option-cc-but it is not not available on the disks for deaf people like me. Why?
