Unfortunately when I received my parcel it was the wrong item. Supplier had got the packages mixed up. When I contacted seller she was very sorry for the mistake. She immediately refunded my item and told me to keep the wrong item, which was a useful power supply for phones computers etc. As these items were one offs I had lost my Item. The seller was excellent!
