I charged the Fitbit using my own official charger. When I came back the Fitbit had charge on it but I could not get the screen to work it remained black. I tried resetting it but it did not work. I contacted the seller who was very good and I returned the Fitbit and have received a full refund. (could probably throw from an aeroplane and still be fine) .. was meant to be delivered on Saturday but arrived tday (thursday) so I was pleasantly suprised to hear it had arrived. came as described so no issues what so ever.. I can recomend and will no doubt buy from here again..thankyou.. if im going to nit pick.. could have done with a set up as the G is slightly dampend on the 7th but thats down to intonation not damage and easily fixed.. A Very Happy and humbled customer
