I am very dissatisfied with this seller. The item was supposed to arrive by May 5th, but after contacting them, I was told it would take an additional 15 to 16 days to ship. Additionally, the seller changed the status to 'shipped' with untracked shipping, even though the item has not been dispatched. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable and violates eBay's policies. I cannot recommend this seller."

The item was exactly as described. Very finely produced. I asked for expedited shipping as I needed the bell for an upcoming performance. The seller agreed and the items arrived just in time!

The product came as expected and was well packaged. The wood bell is a great upgrade from my old plastic bell. If you’re looking to upgrade your clarinet bell to a wooden one, then I would highly recommend this product and this store!
