    A good, inexpensive kettle.

    I've found Russell Hobbs to be a sound and consistently good maker of kitchen appliances and this kettle is a sound buy. It is nice looking, (I had the black one) with a mix of mat and shiny surfaces, a comfortable handle and easy to fill and pour. It boils water faster than my last kettle (also from the same maker) and I find, it is quieter too. Finally the 1 to 3 cup markers are accurate. Well worth the price.

    Bought as Which? best buy. Everything as expected but build quality poor. Cover for wiring connections on underside of base was not properly attached and was loose - it came off while unwinding cord! Screws used cannot easily be tightened as they have bespoke triangular slots which I have never seen before. Not hex or torx or crossheads. Eventually managed to get them out and reattach base with standard crossheads.

    Russell Hobbs Kettle

    Great wee kettle. What looks like a small kettle definitely is not it has great capacity just like the bigger models. Boils really quick. Easy grip handle which is great for me as I find it hard to grip things. I would recommend this kettle to anyone who needs a stylish and easy to use kettle.
