      What an incredible value! The Salvation Army provided outstanding service. The ceramic tree arrived exactly as described in wonderful condition. Their shipping fee was modest, and yet they did the packaging with exquisite care. The item was secured well in multiple layers of bubble wrap and packing paper. We are so impressed. Everyone, support the Salvation Army; they do such wonderful work! Their attention to detail on this sale process is indicative of the great care they provide for people.

      The sewing machine and carry case came intact. I am very pleased that they took the time and extra materials to protect the machine and carry case. I thank them very much for doing so. Also the pictures shown on site were precise and everything shown was delivered with the machine and carry case. Tracking and delivery were right on schedule. I would not hesitate to do business with them again. I do wish that I had received a return email from them in regards to questions before purchase.
