There were marks on the back and front. I sent seller images and she agreed & said "feel free to send it back" which I did immediately. She refunded the original cost of the order inc postage to me but has ignored my requests to refund me my return postage back to her even though Ebay rules says return postage must be refunded if item received is not as described.
