Unfortunately the jar had some of the product missing. When I poured it all out (it was really liquid due to the hot weather) it only weighed 86ml instead of a 100 which for a product that costs £18.99 is quite a lot missing (the jar didn't look full at all hence I had to check). I contacted the seller explaining all this with no joy, I didn't want a refund just maybe the missing product?
