A most important subject and a book which I come back to, when I realise I've fallen into the temptation to hold a grudge - with the resultant disastrous effect on my peace of mind. The author writes from his own experience of difficulty forgiving those who hurt him/his loved ones. He doesn't say you have to pretend you weren't hurt, it didn't matter, make excuses for their sin, let criminals go unprosecuted, stay best friends with them. He shows the Godly, biblical way. Challenging conventional thinking
I have never read a book that carries such a poweful message. If I can manage to put the message contained in the book into action, my life will be transformed.
