Shipping cost €23 from the UK to Germany, but the tracking number never worked. Even after several weeks, the item has not arrived and the seller does not respond to messages. The tracking was updating until the 23rd of July where the parcel got lost in your country unfortunately by the courier, this was totally out of our control. We have also checked our inbox and had 0 messages from yourself otherwise we would of responded straight away, we have a 100% feedback record on eBay and have done for 12 years now so this negative feedback really upsets us, could you please consider revising it, many thanks.
