    Avoid this seller. I won an auction and paid instantly. Seller had set shipping charge at .25 cents. I instantly got a nasty message from him accusing me of short-paying on freight and telling me he’s not sending the card and challenging me to seek a refund. I explained I’d simply won a bid and paid what was asked. To his credit, he did send the correct card, but his knee-jerk reaction ( he admitted he was wrong) should give you pause.
