      Great communication, flexibility, and open to offers, politely gave me a chance to try the item out before confirming the sale, had a tricky journey back on the bike as the bolts and screws had come slightly loose from being out of action so had to give it a bit of TLC and tune it up after returning but despite that the item was kept and delivered in really good condition.
