    A neighbour alerted me this PM (05/06/25) that a parcel was SAT on my doorstep; think it's been there since yesterday. It was soaking wet. See photos. I was in yesterday, the day before and today. The doorbell was not rung or door knocked. I have heard couriers have stopped ringing door bells, knocking on customers' doors because people have complained it wakes them, disturbs them - go figure! NOT HAPPY WITH DELIVERY. The contents of package fell out of packing when I opened due to wet.

    Works well, excellent value

    I already have an Einhell chainsaw with 2 batteries, so it was a no brainer to buy this strimmer and use the same batteries. Compared with my Stihl petrol strimmer the cutting power is about 70% but this is still sufficient for nearly all my needs. Also no irritating plastic line to wind into a drum, and dead easy to use - lift off the wall, press the button and away you go. Recommended.

    Waste of time and money requires a re-design if the cutting head it can be improved and with a better and practical grass cutting ability be an excel

    The strimmer is well made, light weight and powerful. Disadvantage is that it does not fuction as stimmer or edge trimmer. The rotating head and plastic blade will constantly gouge into the grass leaving permanent lawn damage, as a lawn edge tool it is quite useless. I used 5 plasic blades in 20 minutes it is now wonder tat they are sold in lots of 100.

    Good, light trimmer with very good battery life

    This is a good grass trimmer. The solid blade cuts well, the motor is surprisingly powerful and, best of all, the battery lasts well. I trimmed part of our allotment and the edges of both my front and back lawns, and there was enough charge left to do the same again and possibly more. Its length and handle are readily and widely adjustable so it is comfortable to use. There's even a little compartment in the handle for spare blades. Very pleased with it.

    Quality and reliability

    I have had various Einhell products over the years, and they have all performed well and reliably. In addition, this strimmer uses the same battery as my saw and hedge trimmer, and so avoids the proliferation of batteries and chargers for various other makes.
