When I raised the issue, they told me to "stop wasting [their] time" (see attached screenshot). I opened a case and returned it, but the seller relisted the item with the correct charger and didn’t issue a refund until eBay stepped in. Now they're selling it again for the price of a brand new one from PMT. Dishonest, unprofessional, and rude.
