DELIVERY
At SPARES2GO, we offer free fully tracked economy delivery for all UK orders and localities. Once your order is placed, you will receive a unique carrier tracking code that will enable you to track the whereabouts of your order at all times. Typically most shipments arriving via free tracked shipping will be delivered within 2-3 business days. WARRANTY and RETURNS
Each spare part is covered by a comprehensive 6 month warranty. Should your product(s) arrive damaged by the carrier or faulty, we will either issue a replacement or refund your item(s) free of charge for you. All items sold are new & unused unless otherwise stated and should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition. We will accept any items back for refund if they are returned to us in original, unopened packaging and are in an unused condition - complete with original untarnished packaging (boxes and packaging must also be returned in the same saleable unblemished condition). Refunds will be made of the purchase price paid if returned within 60 calendar days of receipt. Returns postage and packaging costs should be met by the buyer unless the item is either damaged or faulty. If goods are damaged or faulty please notify us through eBay messaging to enable us to issue you with a pre-paid returns label. Once we have received your item using the pre-paid returns label a refund will then be given unless a replacement has been issued prior to return. All goods returned must be arranged prior to sending via the eBay messaging service. This will enable us to assist you more thoroughly with your request and to deal with any difficulties. Refunds will only be issued if the buyer encloses within the return a copy of the purchase invoice, a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned, and also their eBay user name, ID and home address.     Brilliant product

    Absolutely brilliant. My washing machine vibrated so much that the tumble dryer next to it used to vibrate also. The noise was extremely loud and I'm sure the neighbours could hear it. NOT ANY MORE. This does the job and now my machine just sits and spins without any movement. Unbelievable. Would highly recommend.

    Unbelievable

    I’m a kitchen fitter by trade and have to deal with washing machines a lot. On this occasion it was my own that has been driving me absolutely mental, so I took a punt on this . This simple little gadget is incredible it literally makes my machine silent I would like to say thank you to the inventor and that I would 100% recommend this product and will be to my future customer.     fantastic piece of kit.

    this is a fantastic piece of kit. i honestly thought my washing machine needed repair or replacement. it is on a laminate floor, and the noise it made when on full spin was incredible. i fitted this pad, and did not tell the wife. the result was incredible, she used it twice, and i did not know it had been on, it was so quiet .
