Fantastic value for money and fun to build.
They come flat pack but with the right card glue they are quite simple to put together. Lots of fiddly bits to start with but then when building the model it all comes together, there are lots of options all depends how you want it to look, as an example, there are different designs of windows and colors of curtains to choose from, do you want bay windows? or porches? or dormer windows the choice is yours to make each house different. They make fantastic models mine are on a model railway and when you put lights into them they really come alive. Would I buy again? I already have on my layout there are approximately 24 Metcalfe models.They come flat pack but with the right card glue they are quite simple to put together. First classe - you won't find better!
Excellent quality, as is all of Metcalfe's products, & excellent value for money. Needs patience & some parts can be "fiddly" to assemble, so perhaps not suited to the younger modeller. I wouldn't consider any rival product for inclusion on my layout.
