Rebuild a Caravan Cascade 2 boiler it is not hard
Yes it was good I replaced all the parts and then bench tested the boiler and had no leaks. I then replaced the boiler in the caravan and plumbed it in and only had gas leaks so replaced those fitting which is another story. We then got the gas on and fired up the boiler and checked for leaks. Apart from a hose clip leaking everything was fine and the job was not very difficault. What can I say? It's a vast improvement on the 20 year old brittle one that snapped on our road trip. You will benefit from a 1" box spanner to fit it. Fitting is a doddle.......compared with taking the remains of the broken one out.
