    diagnosed with pre diabetes and read this might help alongside exercise and diet,that it might help imrove my blood readings so gave it a go.my readings are better i dont know what effect the cider vinegar is on it but will continue to have it first thing....side effect of changing my diet has been constipation the cider vinegar certainly has helped with that.the taste is an aquired one....yuck pretty sour my wife puts a bit of honey with hers but i dont it is pretty acidic so i clean my teeth after use

    I have purchased this many times for medicinal purposes. My wife and I have this in the morning with vitamin C tablets, as it sweetens the taste of the vinegar or use honey instead. Look on line for the health benefits. 5 Stars.

    Ostlers apple cider vinegar, the best!

    I love this stuff! Better than Honeygar, which is very expensive and too sweet. I mix 2 cap fulls of Ostler's acv with black molasses (1 tsp) and drink twice daily and it helps my arthritis soooo much. I've tried a couple of acvs and I will now stick to Ostlers!

    Best tasting apple cider vinegar with mother I've tried. I actually give it to my dogs, they have no problem with it on their food. It's excellent quality. I like these smaller 500ml bottles as they're easier to handle. Great price too
