Allergic rhinitis
For more than 20 years, I have been suffering from chronic allergic rhinitis. Like hay fever or colds, once you wake up in the morning everyday all year round and worst during the summer - 3 months of colds 24/7. I have a medical background and participated in research for curing my illness, even my GP had given up to look for the treatment. I heard about this Neti pot endorsed by Oprah few years ago and do not believe a thing. As this was my last option and thought what harm can a saline do compared to the prescribed medication I tried and took,hence I bought one. I'm too embarrassed to admit that this one works. My rhinitis stopped on the first use and still looking for the medical rationale for it.
