Il diritto di recesso si esercita con l'invio, entro il termine di 10 (dieci) giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento della merce, di una comunicazione scritta mediante lettera raccomandata A.R. indirizzata a ArteRame&Ferro di Di Sciascio Lelio - Via Grele, 14 - 66016 Guardiagrele (CH).
 
La comunicazione può essere inviata, entro lo stesso termine, anche mediante il nostro servizio di posta elettronica info@arterameferro.it, a condizione che sia confermata mediante lettera raccomandata A.R. entro le 48 ore successive. Tale comunicazione deve contenere i codici dei prodotti che si intendono restituire nonchè indicazioni delle coordinate bancarie (Cab, Abi e CC) relative al proprio conto corrente al fine di consentirci l'eventuale accredito mediante bonifico bancario.
 
Entro 10 (dieci) giorni lavorativi dall’esercizio del diritto di recesso, il Cliente è tenuto a spedire i prodotti resi, al seguente indirizzo: ArteRame&Ferro di Di Sciascio Lelio - Via Grele, 14 - 66016 Guardiagrele (CH). Precisiamo che in nessun caso saranno ritirati pacchi in contrassegno o in porto assegnato.
Le uniche spese dovute dall'acquirente per l'esercizio del diritto di recesso sono quelle dirette di restituzione e del primo invio della merce.
