I received my order this morning but unfortunately the two sugar dispensers were smashed. I really don't want to send the smashed glass wear back through the post as I think this unwise. I have informed the company that supplied them they referred me back to you. The packing of these item was grossly inappropriate. Can you give me a refund please. I am really disappointed. It was not as described. It was embossed not plain and the roll was glued in the middle so not center feed as it said easy to remove the center.
