Great service.ThanksItem is made from very hard plastic and is very difficult (impossible) to extract the wires from.This is unfortunate as every Mazda installation requires extra wires to be inserted into the connector.The only source of these extra wires/pins is by purchasing more connectors but these simply will not disassemble so are unsuitable.
